Join us at the pumpkin patch! We will meet at the entrance of Swans Trail Farms, tour the farm’s cornmaze, check out the pumpkins at the patch and have a snack. We will take time to reflect on the high holidays and what we want for our new year with a fun reflection and intention setting activity!

What to Bring:

  • Waterproof shoes
  • Warm clothes and layers
  • Water bottle
