Join us with our special Jerusalem guest, Eitan Cooper: president of our sister synagogue in Jerusalem, Kehilat Moreshet Avraham.  Eitan will be giving the dvar torah on April 6^th and hosting over lunch a conversation on Insights from Life in Jerusalem. He will also lead a conversation after morning minyan on Sunday April 7^th in Rabbi Borodin's office about Kehillat Moreshet Avraham,  a Masorti Jewish congregation in East Talpiot and synagogue-center for pluralistic Judaism in the Talpiot-Arnona area.

About Eitan:

Eitan has had a forty-year career in Jewish education, and very recently retired from his position as Executive Vice President of the Schechter Institute of Jewish Studies in Jerusalem. Prior to coming to Schechter, he was Director of Education for Young Judaea Israel Programs. A licensed Israeli tour guide since 1987, Eitan has been active as an Israel tour educator over four decades.

On late-summer Friday afternoons, Eitan can be heard playing guitar and leading Kabbalat Shabbat at Kehilat Moreshet Avraham.

Eitan and Anita Besdin Cooper have lived in Jerusalem since 1983, and are proud parents and grandparents to their growing Israeli family.
